Let me guess…

You’ve probably been approached by a few real estate investors who say:

“WE CAN BUY YOUR HOUSE FOR CASH, FAST!”

Well, the truth is... you can sell your house for cash, and you can do it fast. But you also need to be careful.

A lot of these “WE BUY HOUSES FOR CASH” companies make unrealistic promises and will try to bait and switch you.

Here’s how it works:

They lure you in by saying something like “We can give you a cash offer on your house in just 3 hours!”

And, they do in fact give you an offer… and they make it attractive enough for you to allow them to come see your property.

And then, after seeing your loved one’s home, they’ll give you their real offer, which (as you can probably imagine) is almost always lower, and a lot less attractive.

The reality is that these companies are just “middlemen.” Their intent is to get you to sign a contract so they can then try to sell the property to a third-party investor for more than they offered you.

However, if they can’t find an investor at that price, they will come back and ask you to lower the price again. If this final attempt doesn’t work, they’ll back out of the contract.
